nooky nook or spindle kindle ??? -

The decision of the century... which should i get??
As you may or may not have known, i am an avid reader! i read for fun yes, kids you read correctly.... I recently discovered this new device called an e-book reader. known only to the reader community these lil devices are used to download books: amazon and Barnes and Noble have their own versions of the device and their online library. Now my only problem arises from picking who i want to go out with  the Nook or Mr. Kindle??  jk I'm speaking like a newly single chic please ignore me.... wait no keep reading

I've read good and bad reviews for both so now i'm  torn between getting one or the other or the third option would be to just kick them both to the curve. What do you guys think?? are digital book readers a waste of time or should i invest in one or the other?? if you have one please give me advice
